What is yogaful
We use traditional Yoga movements and patterns incorporated with moments of positive mindfulness techniques throughout.
With the movements, the sessions provide great benefit to the flexibility of individuals’ bodies and have a fantastic effect on spinal health. With the mindfulness moments placed throughout the sessions, it gives the user an opportunity to centre their thoughts and place positive reinforcements to their mindset, ultimately helping with mental health.
