WHat is pilates
Our Pilates sessions are a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, posture and enhance mental awareness.
With office workers and manual workers carrying out their jobs, they ultimately develop postural imbalances due to the repetitive nature of their jobs, for example, sitting at a desk, standing beside a machine etc.
These sessions help iron out any imbalances they may have developed or are likely to develop over the course of their working lives.
One new weekly Pilates session
Released on a Sunday evening at 8pm GMT
