What is HISO
Our HISO sessions are a combination of high intensity movements and static strength holds. All of the exercises and holds come with adaptations to suit each individual’s current fitness capacity, from complete novice to regular trainer.
A high calorie burn in a short space of time, increased overall bodily strength and a high release of feel good chemicals (endorphins).
Three new HISO sessions weekly
Released every week on a Sunday evening at 8pm
